Week 7 Sunday Game by Game

NFL Week 7 Start/Sit: Every Sunday Game

Sunday starts at 9:30 a.m. with Steelers-Saints, because apparently coffee wasn't already doing enough damage.

Steelers at Saints

*9:30 a.m.

START: DK Metcalf. New Orleans sits in the bottom five in pass-defense success rate, which is a lovely way to get Metcalf rolling before most people find their pants.

START: Jaylen Warren. Warren beat Dowdle 59–21 in snaps, 31–11 in routes, and 14–7 in carries last week. Don't overthink the gift.

Bengals at Ravens

1 p.m. ET | CBS | Ravens -1.5 | Total 48.5 | bet365

START: Mark Andrews. His route share has slipped, but Cincinnati gives him one of the week's five best adjusted tight-end matchups. The volume may wobble; the matchup doesn't.

Browns at Titans

1 p.m. ET | CBS | Browns -1.5 | Total 37.5 | bet365

Colts at Vikings

1 p.m. ET | CBS | Vikings -6.5 | Total 41.5 | bet365

START: Justin Jefferson. He led Minnesota with seven targets before the bye and remains the receiving centerpiece. Cute alternatives can remain on the bench where they belong.

Dolphins at Jets

1 p.m. ET | CBS | Jets -4.5 | Total 39.5 | bet365

START: Garrett Wilson. Miami ranks in the bottom two in pass efficiency, success rate, and completion percentage over expectation allowed. Wilson gets the target volume and a secondary held together with damp tape.

Giants at Texans

1 p.m. ET | FOX | Texans -10.5 | Total 42.5 | bet365

49ers at Falcons

1 p.m. ET | FOX | 49ers -2.5 | Total 49.5 | bet365

START: George Kittle.

Buccaneers at Panthers

1 p.m. ET | FOX | Panthers -2.5 | Total 44.5 | bet365

START: Bucky Irving. Irving played 63 snaps to Kenny Gainwell's 11 last week, producing a career-high snap rate. That's his backfield.

START: Tetairoa McMillan. McMillan and Jalen Coker collected 19 of Carolina's 31 targets last week, while Tampa Bay opponents pass at the fourth-highest rate. The ball is coming his way.

START: Chuba Hubbard. Hubbard played 74 of 79 snaps and handled 28 of Carolina's 29 running-back carries last week. A workload that obscene doesn't need perfume.

Broncos at Cardinals

4:05 p.m. ET | CBS | Broncos -4.5 | Total 43.5 | bet365

START: Jaylen Waddle. Seven targets on 24 routes led the offense last week, and Arizona's secondary supplies the matchup to turn that work into something useful.

Packers at Lions

4:25 p.m. ET | FOX | Lions -3.5 | Total 53.5 | bet365

START: Jordan Love. He owns the week's best adjusted quarterback matchup, and Green Bay has passed above expectation in four straight games.

START: Tucker Kraft. Kraft plays around 80% of the snaps, and Detroit has allowed 31.9 fantasy points per game to tight ends. That matchup is practically yelling through the bathroom door.

START: Jahmyr Gibbs. Gibbs leads all skill-position players in expected fantasy points per game entering Sunday's highest-total matchup. Bench him only if you enjoy explaining preventable disasters.

Rams at Raiders

4:25 p.m. ET | FOX | Rams -3.5 | Total 48.5 | bet365

Chiefs at Seahawks

8:20 p.m. ET | NBC | Seahawks -2.5 | Total 42.5 | bet365

SIT: Patrick Mahomes in one-QB leagues. Seattle creates a 37.3% adjusted matchup downgrade and ranks in the top two in pass efficiency, success rate, explosive-play rate, and air yards allowed. The name is enormous. The spot stinks.

START: Jaxon Smith-Njigba. He commanded 16 of Seattle's 40 targets last week. That share doesn't sit.

START: AJ Barner as a tight-end streamer. Barner has played 89% of Seattle's snaps, and Kansas City allows the third-most fantasy points to tight ends while suppressing wide receivers. In the tight-end sewer, that's clean water.

Late status changes can still move the board. The matchup reads stay put.
