Falcons at Steelers: Full-PPR Start/Sit

The PPR shape
Atlanta has been forced into a quarterback plan that did not exist when fantasy drafts opened. Tua Tagovailoa is out with an oblique injury, Michael Penix Jr. is also out, and Cooper Rush will start with Jack Strand behind him. That lowers the expected efficiency of every Falcons pass catcher. It does not erase Bijan Robinson's receiving floor.
Robinson is the cleanest play in the game because Atlanta can manufacture touches for him without asking Rush to win downfield. A six-catch path matters in full PPR even if Pittsburgh wins the line of scrimmage. Start him as an RB1. Drake London falls from automatic WR1 treatment to a volume-based WR2. Kyle Pitts remains a low-end TE1 because the position does not offer many players with his route participation, but the quarterback downgrade lowers his touchdown expectation.
Pittsburgh's offense has more usable pieces than its reputation suggests. DK Metcalf is a WR2 on target concentration and explosive-play ability. Michael Pittman Jr. is a PPR WR3 whose short-area work is more valuable here than in standard scoring. Jaylen Warren is the preferred Steelers back because receptions protect him if the rushing efficiency is ordinary. Rico Dowdle is a touchdown-sensitive flex. Aaron Rodgers belongs in superflex lineups, not a normal one-quarterback starting spot, and Pat Freiermuth is a fringe streamer.
Best start: Bijan Robinson. The quarterback crisis should push Atlanta toward its most stable source of touches.
Most important sit: Cooper Rush. Even in superflex, use him only if the alternative is another replacement-level starter.
Lineup pivot: If the Steelers confirm Joey Porter Jr. is inactive, London gets a modest one-tier lift. Rush does not.
