Packers at Vikings: Full-PPR Start/Sit
The individual Week 1 fantasy board for Packers at Vikings, plus the price-sensitive prop call.
The PPR shape
Justin Jefferson is an automatic WR1 and the best start in this game. Kyler Murray is a low-end QB1. Aaron Jones is an RB2, Jordan Mason is a touchdown-dependent flex, T.J. Hockenson is a TE1, and Jordan Addison is a flex.
Green Bay's backfield needs an adjustment. Josh Jacobs is on the commissioner's exempt list. MarShawn Lloyd is the first available back and should be treated as an RB2/flex, but availability does not guarantee a monopoly. The Packers have enough reason to use a committee in the opener that projecting a full Jacobs workload onto Lloyd would be careless.
Jordan Love is a borderline QB1. Christian Watson is the upside WR3; Jayden Reed is the stronger PPR WR3; Tucker Kraft is a TE1. Jonnu Smith is the sit because the route and target competition make his floor too thin relative to the name recognition.
Best start: Justin Jefferson. His target dominance is the most reliable fantasy fact in the matchup.
Most important sit: Jonnu Smith. Tight-end scarcity does not justify starting the less certain route profile.
Lineup pivot: If Green Bay announces Lloyd as the clear passing-down option, his PPR rank rises. If not, keep him behind established volume backs.
Minnesota's availability is covered in the Vikings' Week 1 injury report. Green Bay's expectations for Lloyd are discussed in the Packers' September 2 update.
