The PPR shape

DeVonta Smith is the best Philadelphia receiver start and a WR1/WR2. A.J. Brown is not on the 2026 Eagles roster, so old assumptions should not shape this lineup. Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley remain automatic starts. Dallas Goedert is a TE1. Eli Stowers has been placed on injured reserve.

Jayden Daniels is a QB1. Terry McLaurin is a WR2, and Stefon Diggs is a PPR WR3. Jacory Croskey-Merritt has been cleared and can be used as a flex, but he is the player to fade relative to a similarly ranked back with an established receiving role. Rachaad White is the more format-specific alternative if Washington signals passing-down work. Chig Okonkwo is a deep TE2.

This is not a blanket fade of Croskey-Merritt. It is a full-PPR price correction. A back who needs rushing efficiency and a touchdown should sit behind a comparable player who can earn four or five catches.

Best start: DeVonta Smith. The lead receiving role and PPR-friendly route profile make him the strongest non-quarterback play.

Most important sit: Jacory Croskey-Merritt, relative to pass-catching backs. Start him as a flex only when the alternatives are equally touchdown dependent.

Lineup pivot: If Washington assigns White the two-minute role, he becomes the better floor play for managers protecting a projected lead.

Washington's final status report is from the Commanders. Philadelphia confirmed its tight-end move in the Eagles' roster update.
