The PPR shape

Rashee Rice is the best PPR start in the game and a WR1/WR2. Patrick Mahomes is a low-end QB1 by elite real-life standards because the fantasy position rewards rushing volume elsewhere, but he remains an obvious start for most managers. Travis Kelce is a TE1. Kenneth Walker III is an RB2.

Xavier Worthy has big-play upside but a thinner catch floor. In shallow PPR formats, he is the sit when the alternative is a receiver projected for seven or eight targets. That is a lineup construction call, not a prediction that Worthy cannot score.

Denver offers several usable starts without one must-have skill player. Jaylen Waddle and Courtland Sutton are WR2/WR3 options. Bo Nix is a borderline QB1. J.K. Dobbins is an RB2/flex, while RJ Harvey is a PPR flex whose receiving work can keep him viable within a split. Evan Engram is a lower-end TE1.

Best start: Rashee Rice. His short and intermediate target volume is built for full PPR.

Most important sit: Xavier Worthy in shallow PPR leagues. Prefer stable catches when your bench provides them.

Lineup pivot: If Kansas City loses another pass protector or reports a restriction for Rice, Worthy's target outlook improves. Otherwise, treat him as a ceiling flex.

Kansas City's final designations are in the Chiefs' Week 1 injury report. Denver discussed its current backfield plan after J.K. Dobbins returned to the field.
